What those guides say
Marble-look vitrified 2x4 ft slabs (Statuario, Calacatta, Carrara, Botticino) suit backsplashes because average backsplash height is 2 ft, so two slabs give a ready-to-use backsplash; 8 and 10 ft slabs exist for bigger kitchens.

FAQs
What Makes Moroccan Pattern Tiles Visually Engaging?
Moroccan pattern tiles use repeated geometry to build surface rhythm that feels intentional and composed. This type of pattern gives walls and floors an organised visual flow without strong color contrast or loud decoration. Instead of demanding attention, the design supports layered interior palettes, creating subtle movement that enriches surfaces. The matt finish further enhances this effect by reducing glare and letting pattern details read calmly.\n
Does A Matt Finish Change How The Pattern Appears?
Yes. A matt surface diffuses light rather than reflecting it sharply, which helps pattern details appear softer and clearer without glare distraction. In matt finish, the Moroccan geometry feels grounded and structured, allowing the motif to support interior harmony rather than overwhelm. This quality makes matt patterned tiles suitable for varied lighting conditions, as they maintain pattern visibility without bright reflections or harsh highlights.\n
How Does Import Quality Influence Tile Performance?
Imported tiles often benefit from precise manufacturing standards, which result in consistent edge definition, uniform thickness, and even surface tone. These qualities help tiles align neatly across elevations, reducing visual irregularities. With reliable dimensional accuracy, grout spacing feels intentional and neat. Consistent surface behaviour also makes daily maintenance easier, as patterns and tones remain clear and composed under routine care with mild cleaning.\n
Is A 200x200 mm Tile Format Versatile For Interiors?
Yes. The 200x200 mm size supports flexible layout options without excessive grout interruption. Its compact square shape works well for detailed or patterned surfaces, and it integrates easily with adjacent design elements. On floors, it creates a balanced rhythm; on walls, it helps maintain visual order. This format also allows installation around fixtures and openings with minimal waste, helping planners keep surface continuity across varied spaces.\n
Will The Pattern Feel Too Busy In Small Rooms?
Not when the tones are muted and the geometry is measured. Patterned surfaces feel busy when contrast is harsh or colors compete. In this tile, the Moroccan motif uses soft tones and structured geometry that reads as composed nuance. Balanced lighting and neutral surroundings also help tone down visual density, making the pattern feel integrated rather than overwhelming, especially in compact zones where calm surfaces matter.\n
How Should Matt Tiles Be Cleaned For Best Appearance?
Start by removing loose dust or debris using a soft cloth or dry mop. Then wipe with a mild pH-neutral cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft cloth or duster. Rinse any residue and dry using a soft cloth to avoid water marks. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh acidic cleaners, which can dull the matt surface. Gentle, routine care preserves pattern clarity and surface calm.\n
Can Moroccan Tiles Support Both Classic And Contemporary Styles?
Yes. Moroccan geometry has timeless appeal because it conveys structure without loud ornament. In classic settings, the motif complements traditional materials like stone and wood. In contemporary schemes, the pattern adds layered interest without strong color contrast. When matched with neutral finishes, matt metals, or soft textiles, the tile supports design cohesion, making it adaptable across varied interior themes.\n

Description
The imported Moroccan tile Code 23978 brings refined Mediterranean geometry and a matt surface to floors and wall elevations alike. Measuring 200x200 mm, this tile carries a balanced thickness of 8 mm that gives it a stable body underfoot while also performing confidently on vertical surfaces. The matt finish disperses light gently, allowing the muted pattern and base tone to be appreciated. As an imported tile, this piece benefits from precise manufacturing, which ensures consistent edges, uniform surface tone, and reliable dimensional accuracy. The Moroccan motif delivers structured geometry. Its measured pattern works especially well in interiors that need articulated surfaces.
