FAQs

What Does the Navy Pixel Grid Pattern Look Like?

Navy Pixel Grid features many small square and rectangular shapes arranged in a repeating geometric layout. Fine pale outlines separate the navy blue blocks, creating a clear contrast that makes the pattern noticeable from a distance. The design has a structured, graphic character rather than a stone or floral appearance. It is suitable for both floor and wall applications.

How Does the Navy Blue Color Influence the Overall Design?

The deep blue background gives the grid a strong visual presence, while lighter outlines keep the individual shapes easy to distinguish. Pairing it with white, light grey, or neutral wood finishes can reduce visual competition around the pattern. In smaller areas, consider how much of the design you want visible before extending it across the floor and walls.

Can Navy Pixel Grid Be Used on Floors and Walls?

Yes. Navy Pixel Grid is classified for use on both floors and walls. The same geometric pattern can be considered for a feature wall and a matching floor area, subject to the location's requirements. For wet rooms, entrances, or commercial spaces with heavier use, check the relevant technical data and installation guidance before making a selection.

Does the Matt Finish Mean This Textured Tile Is Slip Resistant?

No. The matt finish describes the surface appearance, and the textured tile category alone does not confirm a tested slip-resistance value. Navy Pixel Grid has a detailed blue geometric design, but visual texture should not be used to judge floor grip. Check the applicable product rating before selecting it for wet or exposed floor locations.

What Should Be Considered When Planning the 600x1200mm Layout?

At 600x1200mm, each tile presents a large rectangular section of the repeating pixel pattern. Before fixing the pieces, check how the small outlines align across adjoining edges and where cuts may interrupt the grid. Planning the orientation can help the geometric arrangement appear consistent on both floors and walls, especially around corners or fixed fittings.

How Many Navy Pixel Grid Tiles Come in One Pack?

Each pack contains 2 glazed vitrified tiles measuring 600x1200mm. Work out the required quantity using the measured floor or wall area and the listed pack coverage, with an allowance for cutting and wastage. If the design will continue across multiple surfaces, plan those areas separately so the number of packs reflects the entire planned installation.

How Should Navy Pixel Grid Tiles Be Cleaned?

For routine upkeep, remove loose dust and grit before wiping the tiles with a cleaner suitable for glazed vitrified surfaces and the installed grout. Use a soft cloth or appropriate cleaning tool, and follow the product directions. Avoid unapproved abrasive chemicals or methods. Where the pattern is installed on floors, pay attention to dirt tracked in from nearby entrances.

MyTyles product details

Description

Navy Pixel Grid Glazed Vitrified Tile Code41071 features a dense arrangement of small navy blue squares and rectangular outlines. Thin pale lines separate the shapes, giving the design a precise, pixel-like rhythm. The matt finish suits the geometric appearance, while the textured tile category describes the product range without establishing a specific slip-resistance rating. Made from glazed vitrified material, the tile measures 600x1200mm. This large rectangular format displays the repeating grid across a broad surface, making the darker blue pattern a noticeable design element. It can be paired with plain white walls, pale grey fittings, or simple wood accents to balance the many small shapes. Suitable for both floors and walls, Navy Pixel Grid may be considered for residential feature areas, entrances, and appropriate commercial interiors. Its application in wet or heavily used areas should be checked against relevant technical specifications. Each pack contains 2 pieces, and the intended layout should be planned before installation.
