What those guides say
With a strongly veined or flecked countertop (marble-look, quartz, granite), keep the backsplash plain in a matching undertone and let the counter carry the interest.
Kitchen Tiles: Should Your Backsplash Match the Countertop or Cabinets?Ivory epoxy grout suits cream, beige, travertine-look and marble-look tiles for a continuous, calm look.
6 Epoxy Grout Colour Ideas That Can Influence the Look of Your TilesCharcoal or black grout on light tiles makes a graphic effect for subway, hexagon, mosaic, herringbone and chequerboard layouts.
6 Epoxy Grout Colour Ideas That Can Influence the Look of Your TilesGlossy light-toned vitrified (white, ivory, pale beige) helps dim or north-facing apartment rooms; clean with microfibre mop and avoid coarse tools.
8 Vitrified Tile Flooring Ideas for Modern Indian HomesMatt vitrified in warm grey, dusty beige or off-white suits minimal interiors and shows dust and footprints less than high gloss.
8 Vitrified Tile Flooring Ideas for Modern Indian HomesDual-tone flooring: light base tile with darker border or inset to define a dining zone or frame an entry door; keep both tones in one colour family, as high-contrast black-white feels busy in small rooms.
8 Vitrified Tile Flooring Ideas for Modern Indian HomesMatching grout makes joints step back so veining stays the focus (best for formal spaces and large-format tiles); contrasting grout makes the grid part of the design (best for contemporary, smaller-format, graphic layouts).
Grout Colour Ideas For Marble-Look TilesLight grey grout is the most versatile with marble-look tiles: close to white in effect but forgives everyday marks better, and suits bathrooms and backsplashes.
Grout Colour Ideas For Marble-Look TilesUse beige or warm ivory grout with cream or gold-veined marble-look tiles; cool white or grey grout contrasts more strongly and makes the lines noticeable.

FAQs
What Does The Palazzo Grey Geometric Design Look Like?
Palazzo Grey combines interlocking circles, scalloped forms, and rounded blocks in white and medium grey. Marble-inspired pale sections alternate with darker shapes containing fine linear and stone-like markings. The repeated curves create a bold geometric rhythm across the large rectangular format, while the matt finish limits direct reflection and keeps the two-tone contrast visually balanced.
Is The Inlay Detailing Made From Separate Pieces?
No. The interlocking white and grey forms are part of the vitrified tile’s decorative surface rather than individual stone pieces installed separately. The design recreates an inlay-style appearance within a large tile format. Review a physical sample before ordering because screen settings, photography, and lighting can affect the perceived grey tones, print detail, matt finish, and pattern scale.
Can Palazzo Grey Be Used On Floors?
Yes. Palazzo Grey is specified for floor and wall applications, subject to its documented rating for the intended setting. A matt finish and inlay-tile category do not establish slip resistance or wet-floor safety. Confirm suitability for moisture, traffic, loading, and cleaning conditions before installation on bathroom floors, entrances, commercial floors, or other demanding walking surfaces.
Where Can Palazzo Grey Be Used?
Palazzo Grey can be considered for selected interior floors, feature walls, living rooms, dining areas, reception spaces, and selected commercial settings. Its repeating curved design can create a prominent patterned surface within a layout. Suitability for wet areas, exterior locations, or high-traffic applications should be confirmed through documented performance information and the proposed installation system.
What Size And Pack Coverage Does Palazzo Grey Provide?
Each Palazzo Grey tile measures 600x1200mm and has a nominal area of 0.72 sq m. One pack contains two pieces, providing approximately 1.44 sq m of nominal coverage. This calculation excludes cuts, breakage, pattern alignment, and wastage. Measure the complete installation area and include additional material for the planned layout, site conditions, and future replacement needs.
What Should Be Planned Before Installing Palazzo Grey?
Dry-lay selected tiles before fixing to review the direction and alignment of the repeating curved pattern. Plan tile orientation, joint width, edge cuts, and transitions so the geometric design appears balanced. The substrate should be flat, stable, and correctly prepared. Use installation materials suitable for vitrified tile and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable standards.
How Should The Palazzo Grey Matt Surface Be Maintained?
Remove loose dust and grit using a soft broom, vacuum attachment, or dry cloth before damp cleaning. Use a pH-neutral, tile-compatible cleaner and non-abrasive tools, then remove residue as directed. Avoid harsh chemicals unless approved for the product. On floors, promptly clean spills and prevent abrasive debris from collecting across the matt patterned surface or within grout joints.

Description
Palazzo Grey features a repeating arrangement of interlocking circles, scalloped forms, and rounded blocks. White marble-inspired sections alternate with medium-grey shapes containing fine linear and stone-like markings. The curved pattern creates a bold geometric rhythm, while the matt finish keeps direct surface reflection restrained. Made from vitrified material, Code40627 measures 600x1200mm and is specified for floor and wall applications. Its inlay appearance is a decorative surface effect rather than separately installed stone pieces. The repeating pattern requires careful orientation, while tile edges and grout joints remain visible after installation. Each pack contains two tiles and provides approximately 1.44 sq m of nominal coverage. Allow additional material for cuts, breakage, geometric alignment, and future replacement. Confirm the documented rating for the intended setting; a matt finish and inlay category alone do not establish slip resistance or wet-floor safety, particularly in bathrooms, entrances, and moisture-prone areas.
