Why Are Moroccan Tiles Used In HomesWith a simple countertop and cabinets, a Moroccan backsplash becomes a focal point without making the kitchen feel busy.
Why Are Moroccan Tiles Used In HomesUse Moroccan tiles in selected areas (feature wall, backsplash, foyer or dining floor accent, stair risers, balcony) rather than everywhere, and pair with neutrals like beige, white or wood.
They are visually rich and shine when not overused.
Why Are Moroccan Tiles Used In HomesChoose glazed Moroccan tiles for kitchen splashbacks to prevent stains and water damage; glazed ceramic or porcelain are practical, while cement, porous or natural stone options need sealing and more upkeep.

FAQs
What Design Does Vintage Seville Grey Feature?
Vintage Seville Grey features grey floral scrollwork arranged around warm ochre details, with dark brown petal shapes between the larger motifs. The pale background separates the ornamental forms and keeps the repeating design readable. On floors and walls, the mix of curved floral elements and darker accents gives the surface a distinctive vintage Moroccan character.
What Material And Finish Does Code41238 Have?
Code41238 is made from Vitrified material and comes with a matt finish. It is specified for floors and walls, allowing coordinated flooring and wall accents within the same interior. The matt appearance gives the grey scrollwork and warm accents a subdued presentation, making the detailed pattern the main decorative element when planning nearby furniture, cabinetry, and other finishes.
Where Can Vintage Seville Grey Tiles Be Used?
Use Vintage Seville Grey on floors and walls in living rooms, dining areas, entrance foyers, and interior feature spaces. Commercial applications include cafe floors, reception areas, and decorative retail walls. The repeated floral pattern can define a selected area or extend across a larger surface, particularly where simpler adjoining materials allow the grey and brown detailing to stand out.
Which Colors And Grout Shades Complement This Tile?
The grey pattern pairs well with cream cabinetry, natural wood, warm brown furniture, and selected ochre accessories. These choices can echo the visible colors without overwhelming the floral detail. For floors and walls, consider grout close to the pale background for less prominent joints, and compare samples under the room's lighting before selecting the final palette.
How Does The 600x600mm Size Affect Layout Planning?
The 600x600mm size offers a square format for arranging the floral repeat on floors and walls. Before installation, set out several tiles to check orientation, adjoining motifs, and grout joint positions. Planning the starting point and perimeter cuts helps keep the medallions balanced around doorways, corners, cabinetry, and transitions between the patterned surface and surrounding finishes.
How Much Area Does A 4Pc Pack Cover?
Each 4Pc Pack contains four tiles measuring 600x600mm. Based on these nominal dimensions, one pack covers 1.44 square metres, approximately 15.5 square feet, before cutting and wastage. For floors and walls, measure each area separately and allow additional tiles for edge cuts, motif alignment, and future replacements according to the installer's planned layout and final quantity calculation.
How Should Vintage Seville Grey Tiles Be Maintained?
Remove loose dust from floors and walls using a soft broom, cloth, or suitable vacuum attachment. Clean with a soft mop or cloth and a cleaner suitable for Vitrified tiles, following the cleaner manufacturer's instructions. Wipe spills promptly, remove cleaning residue, and keep grout lines clean. Avoid abrasive pads or sharp scraping tools when maintaining the matt decorative surface.
Q: Which vitrified type is best for homes? A: Glazed for design range and easy care, full-body for living floors and busy kitchens, matt or textured for bathrooms to prevent slipping.
Types of Vitrified Tiles and How to Choose the Right OneQ: Which material for kitchen dado tiles? A: Ceramic, porcelain and vitrified all work; porcelain/vitrified generally have lower water absorption, but check the specific tile's specification near sink or hob.
9 Kitchen Dado Tile Ideas That Make Plain Cabinets Look More PremiumQ: Are skirting tiles needed in bathrooms and kitchens? A: Yes, they protect the lower wall from moisture, spills and cleaning; use smooth easy-wipe tiles in kitchens and ensure fixing, sealing and waterproofing.
9 Skirting Tile Designs That Give Indian Homes a More Finished LookQ: Are anti-skid tiles necessary for kitchen floors? A: Recommended, because spills, water and oil make floors hazardous; choose grip that is not so rough it is hard to clean.
The Ultimate Guide to Choosing the Ideal Kitchen TilesQ: How should kitchen floor and wall tiles differ? A: Floor tiles need durability, load-bearing strength, stain resistance and safe footing; wall tiles can be lighter, smoother and more decorative. Always confirm each tile's recommended application.
The Ultimate Guide to Choosing the Ideal Kitchen TilesQ: Which tiles suit Bengaluru's weather? A: Vitrified and porcelain, which resist moisture and stains and suit both indoor and outdoor areas given the humid-to-dry swings.
