FAQs

What Makes Vitrified Tiles Suitable For Elevations?

Vitrified tiles have a dense body formed through high-temperature firing. This step reduces porosity and strengthens the structure. For elevations, this stability helps maintain alignment and surface integrity over time. The material resists minor moisture exposure and daily wear, providing reliable performance without demanding additional treatments under standard interior conditions.

Can This Tile Be Combined With Other Textures For Layered Wall Designs?

Yes, the balanced tone and subtle matt surface make it suitable for pairing with wood panels, stone cladding, metallic trims, or painted sections. Its understated texture prevents visual conflict, allowing layered materials to complement rather than compete. When aligned carefully with coordinated grout, it helps create a structured yet visually dynamic elevation composition.

Does The Rectangular Shape Change Perception?

Yes, rectangular tiles influence visual direction. Horizontal placement extends perceived width, while vertical alignment enhances height perception. This flexibility allows designers to adjust proportions visually without altering structural dimensions. The 300x600 mm size balances coverage with manageable installation planning, supporting orderly layout transitions across large vertical spans.

Is A Matt Finish More Practical For Walls?

Matt finishes to reduce glare and highlight surface consistency. They do not reflect light sharply, which helps maintain a uniform appearance under varied lighting. This quality is beneficial in elevations exposed to spotlights or daylight. The subdued surface supports a refined aesthetic while remaining easy to clean with simple maintenance routines.

Can Vitrified Tiles Handle Humid Conditions?

Vitrified tiles have low water absorption, which makes them stable in humid environments when installed correctly. Proper adhesive and grout application ensure secure bonding. While they are not substitutes for waterproofing systems, their dense structure supports reliable performance in interior spaces exposed to occasional moisture.

How Should This Tile Be Maintained?

Dust removal followed by wiping with a damp cloth and mild cleaner keeps the surface clear. Avoid strong acidic solutions or abrasive tools. Promptly remove splashes to prevent residue buildup. Routine gentle cleaning preserves the matt texture and maintains consistent tone across the elevation.

Is Professional Installation Recommended?

Professional installations ensure accurate levelling and consistent joint spacing. Large rectangular tiles require precise alignment to maintain clean lines. Skilled fitting enhances symmetry and reduces visible irregularities. Proper preparation and accurate placement contribute to long-term durability and a refined final presentation.
