FAQs
What Makes A Moroccan Pattern Suitable For Floors And Walls?
Moroccan patterns use repeated geometric motifs that feel structured and intentional across surfaces. On floors, they guide visual movement without harsh contrast. On walls, they create depth through rhythm rather than color intensity. The pattern works in both matte and textured finishes, giving surfaces visual logic. When scaled thoughtfully, Moroccan design balances detail with composure, making interiors feel coordinated rather than busy or distracting.\n
Does The Matt Finish Affect Daily Maintenance?
A matt finish reduces glare and helps hide light smudges or footprints compared with glossy tiles. The surface texture scatters light, making minor marks less noticeable. For cleaning, sweep or wipe with a soft cloth and a mild cleaner. Avoid strong acids or abrasive pads that could wear the surface. With regular gentle care, matt ceramic tiles maintain visual consistency and stay looking tidy without complex upkeep.\n
Can Green Tones Work With Neutral Interiors?
Yes, green tones often sit between warm and cool palettes, making them adaptable to neutral settings. They pair well with cream, beige, grey, and even light wood finishes. When the surface is matt, the color feels calm and grounded rather than bright or overwhelming. This adaptability helps coordinate interior materials without forcing other elements to compete for focus.\n
Is A 300x300 mm Format Versatile For Design Layouts?
The 300x300 mm square format provides a stable canvas for both floor and wall layouts. On floors, it creates a balanced rhythm with moderate grout spacing. On walls, it supports symmetrical grids or pattern repetition without busy joint lines. The size is manageable for precise planning around fixtures and edges, offering design flexibility while keeping the surface visually organised.\n
Will The Moroccan Pattern Make A Small Space Feel Busy?
Not necessarily. Much depends on color contrast, grout choice, and lighting. A lower contrast between the pattern and base tone keeps the motif calm and integrated. Combined with a matt finish and lighter surrounding surfaces, smaller spaces can feel structured but not cluttered. The pattern becomes a subtle backdrop rather than a loud foreground, preserving visual calm.\n
How Should I Clean Ceramic Tiles To Preserve Matt Texture?
Begin by removing loose dust with a soft broom or dry cloth. For more thorough care, use a mild pH-neutral cleaner with warm water and a soft cloth or mop. Rinse thoroughly and dry to avoid water spots along joints. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemical cleaners that could dull the surface texture over time. Gentle, consistent care preserves both tone and pattern clarity.\n
Can Moroccan-Style Tiles Complement Contemporary Spaces?
Yes, Moroccan-style tiles work well in contemporary interiors when balanced with simpler finishes. The geometric pattern adds structured interest without forcing a traditional look. Paired with plain field tiles, neutral walls, matte hardware, and soft lighting, the surface reads as designed and purposeful. It blends pattern and restraint, giving contemporary spaces depth without visual overload.

9 Kitchen Dado Tile Ideas That Make Plain Cabinets Look More PremiumQ: What backsplash works with white cabinets? A: A similar light shade gives a coordinated look; beige, grey or a stronger colour adds contrast. Check the countertop's colour and undertone too.
Kitchen Tiles: Should Your Backsplash Match the Countertop or Cabinets?Q: How to choose a backsplash for grey cabinets? A: Identify if the grey is warm or cool; white/off-white contrasts, related greys give a tonal look. Compare cabinet, countertop and tile samples together.
Kitchen Tiles: Should Your Backsplash Match the Countertop or Cabinets?Q: What tile size for bathrooms? A: Larger wall tiles (300x450, 300x600) look open and modern; smaller or medium anti-skid floor tiles help grip and drainage, and shower floors may need smaller tiles for slope.

Description
This ceramic green Moroccan floor and wall tile, listed as Code 31299, introduces a structured geometric rhythm in a calm green tone that reads beautifully across both floor and wall applications.
