FAQs
What Visual Impact Does A Terracotta Brick Tile Create On Walls?
A terracotta brick tile brings warm, earthy character to walls that feels natural and grounded. Instead of loud patterning or bold hues, the texture and tone evoke subtle material depth. This effect lends warmth without dominating other elements. When light interacts with the matt surface, the texture reads as composed and calming, making the space feel welcoming rather than visually intense.\n
Does A Matt Finish Affect The Brick Texture’s Appearance?
Yes, matt finishes diffuse light across the surface, which helps texture appear deeper and more nuanced without strong reflections. This complements terracotta’s warm tone by keeping the surface feeling calm and balanced. Rather than shiny highlights, the wall feels cohesive and subtle, which supports calm visual continuity throughout interior elevations.\n
Is A 300x600 mm Format Versatile For Wall Layouts?
Absolutely. The 300x600 mm rectangular format balances surface coverage and proportion, allowing neat grout spacing and clean alignment. It supports both horizontal and vertical layouts, giving designers flexibility. Whether used across full walls or in defined accent bands, this size helps maintain visual rhythm without breaking the tile’s warm tone or surface texture.\n
Will Terracotta Tiles Feel Too Bold In Compact Rooms?
Not necessarily. Although terracotta introduces warmth, the matt finish and understated texture keep it feeling calm rather than overwhelming. In compact rooms, pair it with lighter surrounding surfaces and balanced lighting to maintain openness. This approach allows the tile’s warmth to enhance character without making the space feel enclosed.\n
How Should Matt Ceramic Wall Tiles Be Cleaned?
Use a soft cloth or non-scratch sponge with warm water and a mild pH-neutral cleaner to remove dust and light splashes. Avoid harsh acids and abrasive pads that can dull the matt texture over time. Wipe gently and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water marks. Regular light care and maintaining surface clarity keeps the textured warmth present.\n
Can Terracotta Tiles Pair With Other Materials?
Yes. Terracotta tones pair beautifully with timber, stone, woven textiles, metal trims and neutral ceramics. The warmth balances cooler materials like blue grey stone or brushed steel, creating layered depth and character without conflict. This adaptability makes the tile a useful backdrop or feature against varied palettes and finishes.\n
Are Brick-Style Tiles Suitable For Modern And Traditional Interiors?
Yes, terracotta brick-style tiles work in both modern and traditional contexts. In modern interiors, they add texture without loud color. In traditional or rustic spaces, they enhance material richness. The matt finish keeps them feeling contemporary and composed, while the earthy tone supports a range of design intentions without feeling out of place.\n

Description
Warm tones and understated texture help make interiors feel grounded, and this terracotta brick tile brings that relaxed character without overwhelming the space. Known as Code 35230, this tile measures 300x600 mm and is crafted with a thoughtfully balanced 8 mm thickness that gives the body reassuring substance for vertical use. The matt finish softens light reflections and enhances the tiles subtle surface texture, giving walls a composed look. Ceramic tiles are kiln-fired from refined clay to form a stable surface that resists splashes, marks, and everyday contact. The terracotta tone evokes authentic earthy warmth, pairing naturally with wood, stone, muted neutrals, and metal trims. Its elongated rectangle shape supports classic and contemporary layouts that feel intentional and organised. Because the matt surface diffuses glare, texture appears more pronounced without feeling busy, and gentle wiping with a soft cloth and mild cleaner keeps the surface fresh. Coordinated grout colors further unify the elevation, helping walls feel cohesive and balanced, whether used across entire surfaces or as feature bands.
