FAQs
What Defines The Cocoa Brown Rustic Design?
Code40418 uses a warm cocoa-brown field with gentle tonal variation rather than strong veining, printed motifs, or sharp contrast. This restrained treatment gives the tile an earthy, material-led character that can support both rustic and contemporary schemes. Across floors and walls, the 600x1200mm format creates broad surfaces where the subtle color movement remains cohesive and visually calm.
Is This Glazed Vitrified Tile Suitable For Floors And Walls?
Yes. Code40418 is a Glazed Vitrified tile intended for both floor and wall applications. Its 600x1200mm format can create coordinated flooring, full-height wall treatments, or feature surfaces. Correct substrate preparation, adhesive selection, joint spacing, grout choice, and professional handling are important for producing a secure, even, and visually balanced installation in residential or commercial settings.
How Does The Matt Finish Affect The Surface?
The matt finish reduces strong reflections and reinforces the quiet, earthy appearance of the cocoa-brown design. It allows subtle tonal changes to remain visible without creating glossy highlights. Across floors and walls, this low-sheen character can complement rustic, industrial, and contemporary interiors. Final appearance may vary according to lighting direction, grout color, viewing angle, and surrounding materials.
Why Is Cocoa Brown Important To This Rustic Tile?
Cocoa brown creates a warm, grounded foundation that can make interiors feel inviting and visually stable. It coordinates with cream, beige, natural wood, black metal, terracotta, leather tones, brass, and neutral stone finishes. On floors and walls, the color provides a strong material presence while remaining flexible for rustic, industrial, hospitality, and contemporary design schemes.
What Advantages Does The 600x1200mm Size Provide?
The 600x1200mm format covers a broad area with fewer visible joints than smaller tiles, helping floors and walls appear more continuous. Its rectangular proportion also suits streamlined layouts and emphasizes the tile’s subtle tonal variation. Careful planning, lifting equipment, suitable adhesive coverage, and professional installation are recommended because large tiles require accurate handling, alignment, and substrate preparation.
Where Can This Rustic GVT Tile Be Installed?
This Glazed Vitrified tile can be installed on floors and walls in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, dining areas, and feature zones. Commercial applications may include cafes, restaurants, boutiques, offices, hotel interiors, reception spaces, and hospitality settings. Its cocoa-brown palette and matt finish work especially well in schemes combining warm natural materials with restrained contemporary detailing.
How Many Tiles Come In A Pack And How Should They Be Cleaned?
Each pack contains two tiles in the 600x1200mm size. Buyers should calculate the installation area and include an appropriate allowance for cutting, layout planning, and future replacement. For routine care, remove loose dust and clean floors or walls using water and a mild tile-compatible cleaner. Avoid harsh acids, abrasive tools, and waxy products that could affect the matt surface.
