FAQs
What Does Mineral Brown Look Like?
Mineral Brown has a muted medium-brown surface with dense fine speckling, subtle tonal movement, and an earthy stone-inspired appearance. The Granula finish gives the design more visual texture than a completely plain surface. Product photography, screen settings, room lighting, and the delivered batch may affect how the brown tone and fine surface detail appear after installation.
What Is The Granula Finish On Mineral Brown?
Granula is the listed finish for Mineral Brown and refers to its fine granular surface character. The label describes the product’s appearance and finish category but does not independently establish slip resistance, abrasion performance, cleanability, or wet-area suitability. Review the available technical specifications and intended application before selecting it for a particular floor or wall.
Where Can Mineral Brown Be Used?
Mineral Brown is specified for floor and wall applications. It may suit selected living areas, bedrooms, passages, feature walls, and other indoor surfaces where its technical specifications match the intended use. Final selection should consider traffic, substrate condition, moisture exposure, cleaning requirements, installation system, movement joints, and any applicable project or local requirements.
Can Mineral Brown Be Installed On Floors?
Yes. Mineral Brown is listed for floor use as well as wall use. However, its Granula finish and rustic appearance do not independently confirm slip resistance, abrasion performance, or suitability for every floor. Check available test ratings for the intended area, especially where water, outdoor exposure, heavy traffic, or barefoot use is expected.
Is Mineral Brown Suitable For Bathrooms?
It may suit selected bathroom walls or floors when the available product ratings and complete installation system are appropriate for the location. A granular-looking surface does not automatically confirm slip resistance, and vitrified tiles do not replace waterproofing. Check slip information, substrate preparation, slope, drainage, waterproofing, adhesive, grout, movement joints, and local installation requirements.
What Size And Pack Coverage Does Mineral Brown Provide?
Each Mineral Brown tile has a nominal size of 600x1200mm and covers 0.72 sq m before joint allowances. The package contains 2 pieces and provides approximately 1.44 sq m of nominal coverage. Order extra for cuts, breakage, layout planning, batch matching, future repairs, and site conditions, then confirm actual measurements and the installer’s wastage allowance.
How Should Mineral Brown Tiles Be Maintained?
Clean Mineral Brown with a soft cloth, mop, or non-abrasive brush and a mild cleaner suitable for vitrified tile surfaces. Remove spills and residues promptly, rinse as directed, and avoid harsh acids, abrasive powders, metal pads, or unverified chemicals. Fine surface detail may require attention during cleaning, particularly where dust or residue collects.

Types of Vitrified Tiles and How to Choose the Right OneQ: Which tiles suit Bengaluru's weather? A: Vitrified and porcelain, which resist moisture and stains and suit both indoor and outdoor areas given the humid-to-dry swings.
Best Tile Showroom In Bengaluru - MYTYLESQ: Which material for kitchen dado tiles? A: Ceramic, porcelain and vitrified all work; porcelain/vitrified generally have lower water absorption, but check the specific tile's specification near sink or hob.
9 Kitchen Dado Tile Ideas That Make Plain Cabinets Look More PremiumQ: Are porcelain and vitrified the same? A: Terms overlap in some markets; compare technical specs (water absorption, strength, finish, application) instead of labels.
Comparing Porcelain Tiles vs Vitrified Tiles: Which is Right for You?Q: When choose glossy vs matt for a living room? A: Glossy suits smaller or darker rooms to reflect light; matt suits high-traffic areas, giving better grip and hiding scratches and footprints.
Luxury Living Room Tiles That Instantly Elevate Your SpaceQ: Does PEI apply to vitrified tiles? A: PEI is for glazed ceramic and porcelain; unglazed or fully vitrified tiles have no glaze so durability is judged from the body; check the product spec.
